Refund policy

✅ Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Certain products such as personal care items, intimate goods, and hygiene-related products (e.g. diapers, pads, baby changing mats once used) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

✅ Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

✅ Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the defective item.

✅ Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/discounted items.

  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error.
